May's Movement Master

May’s Movement Master: 

Ali Wald began training with me mid March; it’s almost June and she has not missed a single session. We train at 6 am on Tuesdays and each week she walks through my door ready to exert effort on whatever I have planned. Since Ali was training for a half marathon at the end of April, our first month of training consisted of core stabilization work as well as ankle mobility exercises and some upper body strength training. Despite her troublesome knees and very tight IT band, Ali has made consistent strides in her balance work. She is comfortable on the Bosu and can complete several exercises from it. She’s also enjoyed working with the TRX and although she may not loved planking from the TRX, she can hold a solid plank in perfect form (so small feat)! Nice work, Ali, I am so proud of you!
